Refund policy
RETURNS
We will gladly except returns for store credit postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date if online and 7 days of purchase if in store. Email us at lululaneboutique@yahoo.com for a Return Authorization number and paperwork to include in the return shipment. Packages will not not be accepted without and RA attached. Original shipping back via a trackable shipping method.
Returns MUST be in original condition with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors.
The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
Books and Toys
Jewelry
Eat Wear, Pacifiers and teethers
Hats and hair accessories
Socks and tights
ALL PRE-ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, cancelled, edited or refunded after the order is placed unless item is out of stock.
We do not offer refunds only store credit
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for return to be processed after we receive it.
Store credits are issued for items returned with RA attached within 5-7 business days. The store credit can be used online on store merchandise only.
The store credit does not include shipping and those are covered by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping cost when a store credit is used as the credit is applied to the store merchandise but does not cover any of the shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATION
No refunds will be issued for order cancellations. Store credit will be issued if the customer wishes to cancel an order for in stock items. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
PROMOTIONS
All orders placed with a discount code are final sale. Orders cannot be combined, exchanged, edited, returned, or cancelled after they are placed. Only one code can be used per transaction. This includes store credit. Exclusions may apply. No price adjustments will be made for orders placed outside of the promotion window. Discount codes can not be applied after the order is placed.
PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order is when the customer purchases the item before it arrives to our store. As soon as the item arrives, we ship it directly to the customer ASAP. This way, they are among the first to receive this item and ensure they will purchase before it sells out. If information is provided to us about shipping dates for the items, we are sure to include them in the description of the product. Unfortunately, many companies are uncertain of when the items will ship to us and so not provide any information about expected shipping. Preorders are FINAL SALE and preorders cannot be returned, exchanged, edited, or cancelled after they are placed. If an order contains items that are in stock as well as preorder items, the order will be held and will ship complete when the preorders arrive in one package. If you would like an in stock item shipped immediately but are also purchasing a pre-order, we recommend placing two separate orders. We ship one package per an order, as the customer pays one shipping cost per order.
