All orders are processed within 24-72 hours via shipping method chosen at checkout.

We offer several different shipping methods. First Class mail is $5.00 and will be shipped without insurance. Priority mail is $9.95 and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance. We also have an option to ship UPS for $15.00. There is an option for RUSH processing and priority shipping. Rush processing will place your order at the front of the line and we will get that package out ASAP. If placed on a business day, we will even take it to the post office if the mail has already picked up.

ersonalized items allow up to 2-4 weeks.

During promotions, personalized items can take up to 4 weeks for additional processing due to volume. Processing times will also be delayed up to a week during promotions.

We partner with Route Package Protection to cover lost, stolen or damage packages. A file can be claimed through Route and is typically resolved within 24-48 hours. This service is automatically added to each order but can be removed by the customer at checkout. If Route Package Protection is removed from an order, please contact the carrier and file a claim for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
